Are there any instructions to guide me?
Yes, you can view the interactive workshops after logging in with the user ID we provide. The workshops contain simple instructions which will help you to understand the format of our training and show you how to navigate.
Do I have to download any additional software?
No, the modules are designed to run on your system as it currently operates.
How are these online workshops different from just reading a book?
Our workshops include graphics, tips and real world examples, all designed to keep the training engaging and entertaining. Throughout the training you will also find interactive, hands-on exercises.
How long should it take me to complete an individual workshop?
Individual online workshops cover topics normally taught in a full day instructor led session. Participants usually cover our online workshops in a little over 3 hours of total training time. There’s no need to worry about completing a workshop in one sitting. Individual modules may be completed relatively quickly, allowing you to progress through the workshop as time permits. The modules are available to you 24 hours a day.
I’m not very good with computers, will it be difficult?
No, the workshops have been designed in association with IT professionals and are suited to all computer skill levels.
If I cannot finish all the training today, can I pick up where I left off later?
Yes, when you exit a module before completing it, a bookmark is automatically placed. You can pick up where you left off, even if you subsequently use a different computer.
Will I get any course notes?
Yes, but it is advisable to take notes as you work through each module to help you with the test at the end of the module. If you score in excess of 75% correct answers at the end of the workshop we will send you a workbook.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, if you score in excess of 75% correct answers we will send you a certificate to confirm that you have completed the online workshop.
How much does it cost?
Our online workshops are 50-65% cheaper, per head, than our instructor led sessions. Discounts are available for bookings of 10 delegates or more. |
